Live poinsettias are so fun in their over-the-top leafy splendor (I especially love the salmon-pink ones!), but sometimes one can't get one's act together enough during the holidays to care for a new, slightly high-maintenance plant. There's wine to mull & ribbons to curl! Six-inch ribbon curls!
But a chocolate poinsettia...dessert & decoration in one...now that's holiday efficiency.
